For years Matt Ritchie (who also uses the monicker Matt136) has created art in every creative form ranging from ball point pen drawings and acrylic paintings all the way to multi-layered functional, layered wood clocks, weapons and “storytelling” furniture.

Though each piece that he creates (a lot of them smaller than a silver dollar) easily stands out on its own visually, there is a huge bonus to experience if you are lucky enough to see it in person. That bonus is MATT himself. Experiencing his pieces with him in person is like watching a really good DVD commentary track. Every piece that he does has an interesting origin, has a heartwarming or silly story, and usually has a completely separate story when coupled with some of his OTHER pieces.
