The Whimsical World of Max Dalton
"The Belafonte"
Spoke Art is pleased to welcome Max Dalton for his inaugural NYC solo exhibition, "MAXTAPE." Dalton’s artistic interests lie within the world of whimsy and pop culture, infusing his mid-century aesthetic to both the classics and contemporaries of pop culture. Transforming various worlds like that of David Lynch's Twin Peaks and Wes Anderson films, Dalton's work allows the viewer to experience these pop culture greats in a new, humorous and playful light.
For “MAXTAPE”, Dalton has created a wide range of limited edition prints, original pen and ink drawings, paintings and collectibles. In anticipation, let's take a look back at some of our favorite works from previous years!
"MAXTAPE" opens Saturday, July 8th at SPOKE NYC! Learn more about the opening and exhibition HERE.
