Return / Refund Policy
Returns: Due to the unique nature of our prints and original works of art, all sales are considered final and non refundable.
Insurance: We are happy to offer insurance through a third party app, Route, on all purchases. If you would like to have your shipement insured simply make sure the Route button is clicked during checkout, all orders utilizing Route will be protected from theft, damage and loss.
Replacement Window: We are unable to accommodate refund or replacement requests if more than 14 days has passed since an item was delivered.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange your defective item for the same item, send us an email at shipping@spoke-art.com to coordinate an exchange.
